Commitment to cleanliness
Hygiene and cleanliness are the top priorities at Spa Anjou. All instruments are sterilized; nail files and buffers are disposable.

Please arrive early
Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes early your appointment, so you can calm yourself and more relax to prepare your treatment. 15 minutes grace will be granted for lateness otherwise your appointment will have to be rescheduled.

For other clients
Our salon environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. We would appreciate if cell phones are kept off or silent while in the salon.

Cancellations
A 24 hour notice is requested for all cancellation and rescheduling for your appointments.

Children
To ensure that a serene and tranquil environment is maintained and to avoid any accidents, all children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or a guardian.

Notices
Spa Anjou and our team will not be responsible for any damage or loss to your personal belongings. It is recommended that you leave all valuables at home.
