Please arrive early

Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes early your appointment, so you can calm yourself and more relax to prepare your treatment.

15 minutes grace will be granted for lateness otherwise your appointment will have to be rescheduled.

For other Clients

Our salon environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. We would appreciate if cell phones are kept off or silent while in the salon.


A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellation and rescheduling for your appointments. Otherwise you will be charged with 50% of the intended treatment on your next visit.

Gift Certificate policy

If a cancellation is made in less than 24 hours in advance, or if you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment, your gift certificate will no longer be valid.


To ensure that a serene and tranquil environment is maintained and to avoid any accidents, all children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or a guardian.


We accept Visa, Mastercard and Cash. We do not accept checks.


Our pricing does not include tip amount. Gratuities are accepted by our staff but cannot be placed on your credit card. Tip envelopes are provided at the front desk for your convenience.


Spa Anjou and our team will not be responsible for any damage or loss to your personal belongings. It is recommended that you leave all valuables at home.
